dr. Arie A. Polim, D.MAS, M.HBRE., SpOG (K) is a doctor of Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty consultant Reproductive Endocrine Fertility owned by RSIA Bunda Jakarta. He studied reproductive health because, for him, reproductive health problems are one of the main health problems related to Obstetrics and Gynecology. He was the best doctor who graduated from FK Atmajaya Jakarta in 1998. In 2008 he completed his education in laparoscopic surgery, obtaining a Diploma in Minimal Invasive Surgery (DMAS) from TGO University New Delhi and in the same year, he also completed a course for advanced 4D sonography at Hongkong University.

In 2010 he completed his subspecialty education at FK Udayana, affiliated with Monash Hospital Australia. Became the best graduate for Reproductive Endocrine Fertility Consultant. He is active in the Advanced Reproductive Technology course at Monash IVF Melbourne, Australia. Because of his interest in Assisted Reproductive Technology which he feels has not yet achieved maximum results because there are still many questions that humans cannot answer. Because of his interest in research and education, he has produced research work on “repeated vitrification in the pronuclear zygote of mice and blastocyst embryos”.

In addition to being active as a clinician, he is also active as a lecturer teaching medical students at the Atmajaya Faculty of Medicine, Jakarta and also as a coordinator for IRSI (Indonesian Reproductive Science Institute), which is a research and training body established under the PT Bunda Medik Foundation in collaboration with the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). He is also actively involved in various professional organizations both nationally and internationally, namely IDI (Indonesian Doctors Association), POGI (Indonesian Gynecology Obstetrics Association), IGES (Indonesian Gynecology Endoscopy Society), HIFERI (Indonesian Reproductive Endocrine Fertility Association), HIGERI (Indonesian Reproductive Endocrine Geriatric Association), WALS (World Association Laparoscopy Surgeon), ISUOG (International Society of Ultra Sound in Obstetric and Gynecology), ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology).
