1. Banana Juice

One of the best  juice for pregnant women in the early trimester is banana juice. Banana is a fruit that is not only delicious when eaten directly but also when juiced. Bananas are rich in nutrients that the body needs, such as potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.

Furthermore, bananas also contain vitamin B6, reducing complaints of morning sickness and vomiting. By drinking banana juice during pregnancy, pregnant women will avoid constipation problems.

2. Orange Juice

Another type of juice that is also recommended for pregnant women is orange juice. Orange juice has high levels of vitamins and minerals, so it is perfect to be consumed during pregnancy. Not only that, but the folic acid content in oranges is also relatively high.

Please note that folic acid can help prevent defects in the fetus and prevent abnormalities in the brain and spine. Pregnant women need to consume adequate amounts of folic acid, one of which is by drinking orange juice.

3. Carrot Juice

Carrot juice is the best juice for pregnant women in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters. Carrots are high in vitamin A, iron, B vitamins, potassium, and magnesium. Carrots, with their vitamin A content, can support the development of the bones and teeth of the fetus in the womb.

4. Apple Juice

The following favorable juice for young or old pregnant women is avocado juice. Many nutrients in avocados are good for health, such as iron, fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, and potassium.

In addition, avocados also contain choline, which supports the development of the baby’s brain and nerves. Avocados also contain unsaturated fats, which are beneficial during pregnancy.
